How I find listening to you? Painful, excruciating and exhausting, of course! But I’m such a masochistic bastard that I have to return every weeks ;p
To be frank this podcast isn’t exactly what I’d call easy listening for english learners. Then again: If it were it wouldn’t be this entertaining :)
Nowadays I can understand about 90% of your talk and I’m even getting better with Charter’s slurring :D
Just curious, but is there an “Aeon podcast – The Oxford edition” in the works, or why the question?
:D
It just came up one day that NZ people have terrible ways of talking. We talk too fast, we use a lot of slang and we mumble a lot with flat vowels…so we can be tricky to listen to.
However if most of it is audible then that’s good news otherwise I’d try to slow down or something
