<p><a title="LASER Corp" href="http://www.laserco.net/gaming_acc/GA-MOUSE2200.htm" target="_blank">The Laser Z2 Gaming mouse</a>, it&#8217;s the cheapest gaming mouse I&#8217;ve ever seen retailing at about NZD$70-80. 5 buttons (even though it says it has 7), switchable DPI between 800-1600-2200, and a &#8220;Rapid-Fire&#8221; function that means when you click the mouse it fires of either 1 aka off, 2, 3, or 4 clicks in rapid succession.</p>
<p>The cable I was surprised to see was a nice flex cable which does wonders for not getting kinks in it and getting hooked up on the edge of the desk like some kinked cables do.</p>
<p>The mousewheel changes colour depending on what your &#8220;Rapid-Fire&#8221; settings are, unlit for off; red for 2; blue for 3 and purple for 4. The mousewheel has a nice feel to it with smooth scrolling but &#8220;bumpy&#8221; enough to move it one click at a time.</p>
<p>Photos!</p>
<div class="wp-caption alignnone" style="width: 624px"><a href="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0705.jpg"><img title="Boxes" src="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0705.jpg" alt="" width="614" height="461" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Yes I got 2 of them</p></div>
<p><a href="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0706.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Opening" src="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0706.jpg" alt="" width="614" height="461" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0710.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Back" src="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0710.jpg" alt="" width="614" height="461" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0711.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Close up" src="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0711.jpg" alt="" width="614" height="461" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0712.jpg"><img class="alignnone" title="Underside" src="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/viperwarp/WebGraphics/IMG_0712.jpg" alt="" width="614" height="461" /></a></p>
<p>Even though it comes with a drivers CD all the mouse&#8217;s features are hardware based and you don&#8217;t need any drivers to run them. One issue that we ran into was the mouse cursor twitching and even erratically flying across the screen, but we found out this was mostly caused by having a mousepad with glitter in it mucking up the laser tracking.</p>
<p>All in all not a bad mouse and damn cheap for a gaming mouse. I&#8217;m not going to bother giving this a score because review scoring is arbitrary at best so I&#8217;ll give it a √3 out of √5.</p>

<p>We all heard rumors of a new PSP in the works and that Sony was to announce it at E3&#8242;s press conference (June 2). But this weeks issue of Qore, an online magazine for PS3, has revealed the new PSP, including images (see top) and a few details, which include: a sliding screen, no UMD, 16GB internal memory, expandable memory slot, and bluetooth (No dual analog sticks, sorry). On top of all that, Qore has also confirmed an allstar game line-up accompanying the release of PSP GO! with popular franchises like Metal Gear Solid, Jax and Daxter and Little Big Planet. This is just a glimpse of what to expect, we&#8217;ll have to see if the PSP GO! has more to offer.</p>
<p>You can watch it all <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObElhJIcOKE">HERE!</a> (Sorry about the sound quality, doubt the video will stay long anyway due to copyright issues)<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObElhJIcOKE"><br />
</a></p>
<p><strong>RUMOR</strong>: Shortly after, images of the PSP GO! boxart have somehow leaked on to the net &#8230; alongside with boxarts of PS3 Slim.</p>
